Your day to day
Join us as Asst. Learning & Development Manager. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. For this vital role, we’re looking for someone who will be responsible to:Provide administration support within the department and training function throughout the hotel, participate in departmental daily briefings, ensure all departmental documents are received recorded and filed as per departmental standards, prepare and publish the hotel monthly training activities, collect Departmental Training Plans as well as Departmental Training Reports on a monthly basis, prepare & participate in Departmental Training Coordinator’s monthly meetings prepare necessary documentation for departmental training reviews, adhere to process standards in the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of training and development activities, carry out effective training on a range of subjects, with a focus on Guest Service, co-facilitation of task trainer workshops, other front line colleague training activities, as required, and business unit orientations, accredit departmental trainers by conducting task trainer assessments, conduct departmental training reviews and monitor the effectiveness of departmental training and departmental trainers and provide assistance where deemed necessary, maintain training records and files, communicate information about training events in a timely manner to ensure the business is kept up to date about training and development activities.
What we need from you
High level of passion, enthusiasm and drive for results Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic an advantage . Ambitious and eager to learn, grow and further develop own career Bachelor's degree holder / higher education qualification / equivalent in hotel management or related fieldProven track record of a minimum 2 years’ experience
